RULES AND REGULATION FOR EXCHANGE SERVICES AS PER LAW

 According to RBI guidelines, individuals traveling abroad can avail foreign exchange on personal quota referred to as Private Visit. 

Indian Nationals

Foreign Nationals with Residential Permits living in India over an uninterrupted period of 180 days.

 For Indian Residents

- LRS Form

- Ticket and copy of Visa

- Copy of Passport

- Copy of PAN Card

- Copy of Aadhar Card

For Foreign Nationals

- Copy of Residential Permit

- Declaration of not availing facilities by way of remittances in foreign exchange and in line with FEMA regulations.

The total permissible foreign exchange amount per year is USD 2,50,000.

Visitors are allowed to carry maximum foreign currency components up to 3000 USD per visit.

(Travelers visiting Iraq and Libya are permitted to carry up to USD 5000 in currency notes or equivalent. Travelers visiting Islamic Republic of Iran, Russian Federation and Commonwealth Independent States (Former Soviet States) can withdraw full exchange in the form of currency notes.)
